Milk Comes First .. Blaban: Dairy, Natural Desserts

Besides the traditional dairy products, a variety of milk-based desserts and platters is offered by “Blaban”. The chain whose shops are widespread all over Cairo and Alexandria is well-known for its competitive quality and budget-friendly products. Mahmoud Abdel-Fattah, regional manager at “Blaban”, said that what makes the brand well-distinguished is the complete reliance on milk in a natural way and with rare artificial interference. “This is the reason behind naming our brand”. Abdel Fattah mentioned that they mainly, offer five products which are: Rice Pudding, Umm Ali, Couscous, Balila, and Ice Cream. “Each of these products is characterized by a delightful taste on which we add our own signature through including nuts and other additives”. “Best quality at least price” is one of the brand’s mottos, said Abdel Fattah. Through dependence on natural raw materials, we achieve a satisfactory customer experience which is craved every now and then. Zeinab El-Hawary, a High School student, said that the full cream milk that Blaban uses to make the rice pudding makes the latter distinctive and incomparable to any other. “It is always suitable for my budget. I go there after private lessons”, El-Hawary added. There is always room for many sorts of additions such as nuts and cream.
